Other than the gentleman that did the final install, this experience has been the worst of my life. The front window was torn apart before finding out the new window did not fit, it was months before the correct window was installed, that install quality was as good as a kindergartner would have done and someone had to come back to correct it. I had to keep initiating contact to follow up on repairs, one UWD got their money, they seemed to be significantly absent from the customer service they promote so much during the sale.
Never heard back from the salesman after the deal was signed. Said he would check in on installation date.
I specifically, on several occasions, explained that we did not want to waste your time or our time on a long winded presentation (like one we endured from Anderson), only to have a price over $1500. That's what we got. The rep then deleted the advantages he had explained to get to a price ( and product) comparable to what was offered by Lowes. Aside from the installation performance (once they finally arrived), the sales experience was a let down.
Still no resolution and no phone calls as I was told I would receive
Horrible customer service ruined the entire experience. Hope you don't have a family emergency come up at the same time as your install.
A 1 day job took them 3 year and 14 separate days we had to take off to be home till they finally completed the job. The salesman tells you they have their own crews and not subtracted out, that's a lie. They tell you we have your stuff to get the job done, when they get here they don't have the right stuff and the crews have no idea what they are supposed to do.
