For the amount I paid the quality of window and installation did not meet my expectations. I would never recommend Universal Window Direct ever

Canceled delivery once then canceled delivery one hour before scheduled appointment then rescheduled again.. multiple day's waiting on delivery had to reschedule other appointments.

We are currently waiting for a replacement of 2 side by side windows from our order that were manufactured upside down, but installed anyway. I did not realize this until I attempted to lift them out for spring cleaning. A technician came out and told me what the problem was. That was 2 months ago and we have not heard back.
