I have asked many times to speak with Eric the Manager and Matt the sales person that sold us the product. I have yet received a phone call for either one of them. I was told neither one has voice mail which is very unlikely. Again, the lack of follow up and communication to resolve issues is not very satisfactory.

Over 18000$ for junk had to replace all glass in every window bad place that had to be fixed now I have a window that something fell out and now won’t stay up

Molding around the door is incorrect. We communicated that at the time of install and have yet to hear from anyone. We want stickers removed from all the windows also.We will look elsewhere for our other projects that we need done.
