To call it a comedy of errors would be an understatement! After 3 years and 10 visits later our windows are complete. We experienced everything from lost windows to windows with fingerprints between the glass to a window made with the wrong grid pattern time and time again.

No, because when I signed the contract to replace my windows on 5/3/2023, Universal Windows' service technicians didn't install my windows until 6/12/2023 and they did a lousy job replacing the windows. The caulking was absolutely horrible, they put a hole my new bathroom window screen, they cracked my marble windowsills in both the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms, and they left an opening on my siding under my kitchen window on the outside that they didn't bother to use a metal base to cover it up so water wouldn't seep ... read more

Although the windows are good quality, the customer service was severely lacking. Multiple times in my attempt to get the correct window and broken window replaced, I received different time frames and answers to my questions. It was an awful experience as a first time homeowner.
