Since Installation, We have had one Window that wasn't fully installed and another has a crack in it from poor instalation.

The crew I had did a great job on my windows so I recommended universal to my daughter and they totally screwed the installation up. The windows came in the wrong color and they had to wait on the right ones to come in, then after they were installed they figured out they were the wrong windows, they didn’t have the right glass. Totally screwed everything up which is unacceptable with how much they cost.

Awful craftsmanship and terrible installers. Bathroom is now freezing and had to get a small space heater
