The entire experience from ordering to delivery and installation was a complete nightmare. Sales completely abandon you after ordering. All three of my installations were not ideal. First one missed ordered hardware, windows and materials. Second time team came out to replace a window that had the wrong grid style from original order. Third time installation was SO sloppy and had to be redone. Also left scraps everywhere in house including a razor blade left in my living room, where I have small children and pets!
