first thing was told color was high price got white then found out beige was the same price time frame on everything was terrible had to redo ALL of trim and caulk on every window they installed!

Windows are manufactured nearly 2" smaller than original windows, completely changing the exterior of the house. For that reason, flashing and edging is added. Edging is bowed and poorly finished. Glass was not cleaned at conclusion, one of the windows broke the first day where it attaches to the window frame, and one of the screens a portion was popped out of the frame. Also, one window was missing from my order.

I had my windows installed in the spring and my kitchen window still doesn't fit......I don't even know when it will be fixed.
