after the financing was figured out communication stopped. I tried reaching out to my rep via txt and didn't get a response so I just called the 800 number. I don't think I was given an expected date of delivery out front so I was kind of in the dark as to when things were going to happen.

great windows customer service terrible

The windows are good quality, but the initial installation was a not the best experience. Had trouble communicating with the installers because they didn’t speak English well or not at all. Also, one of our windows installed leaked a lot when it rained that it soaked our new carpet. Then it took a while for them ti come out to fix it. We need to have a window sill replaced because of the leak. Still hoping that there is no damage between the house that we can’t see.

First they canceled my order. Then it took from Feb. to Nov To get the windows.
