I like my windows and the first installer did a great job but he wasn’t prepared (with a second person) to install my kitchen window. He said the company would call me to set up another date to install it. They never called so a week later I contacted and set up a day/time. They come and install it and use raw wood around the opening (which is fine I just didn’t know it wouldn’t be flush). They removed the old trim but didn’t bring trim to replace it with and the spaces left for trim wasn’t uniform. Then they caulk the raw w... read more

I will attach the list below of the things that are not satisfactory. I would appreciate the damaged items being fixed. I would also appreciate my questions being answered and repairs made as needed. I am aware the amount of time this project took can not be changed for me, but I highly recommend that a discussion happen with future customers to verify they do not mind the amount of time involved. It seemed that the regional manager was super interested and talkative when he wanted to give me a deal so good I couldn’t refuse. As soon as I signed the contracts i felt totally ghosted.

The phone people. Where horrible They did not listen to my concerns and took me as a foolish person. It didn't know what I was talking about is if I don't know what's going on in my own house. I told them I need Replaced for the rotten wood. A treated me as if I didn't know what hour was talking about

The crew tried to leave without making sure that the job was done perfectly. Mrs Craig found several discrepancies in the work done. There was a gap in the top of the door that allowed sun to shine through, which meant that rain could've come through as well. There was a sharp piece of metal outside of the door that I could've cut my foot on. There was a messt texture to the trimming on my back door. Terrible communication, I can't get ahold of anyone since the sale. Windows seem fine but what good is a warranty when no one will call you back?
