Universal Windows Direct does not honor its agreements. We were informed that we would have a lifetime warranty with no fees. However I was informed a few days ago that we would be charged $149 for each visit.

After spending our hard earned money and having your windows installed, there were multiple issue that our salesman and quality control person both dropped the ball on. With your prices, this should never happen.

Cheap product quality. We also were given full screens and never offered the options for half screens.

I would be happier if they had the trim on the back door frame Now it’s just a wait and see see if they come back to finish the job A little disappointed

I was told our windows would help with noise control. They absolutely do not.
