Good meeting with sales rep, good experience with installers and customer service. But 2 of my doors were wrong: one was faulty the other was the wrong size. I have called customer service 3-4 times with no call back from the operations manager to give me an update on resolution or timeframe to install my doors.

Initial installers couldn’t communicate, since they spoke very little English. Rushed what was supposed to be a 2-day job into 1. So, another crew came back and fixed some of the issues. Removed and Reinstalled both sliding doors, re-wrapped and re-caulked the exterior of 8 of the windows, cleaned up the excess spray foam from the initial installers and still have to come back to fix the initial issues with the front door since they were sent with the wrong trim and had to order 2 new screen doors for the sliders.

My windows were installed and damaged. Took another day off for them to send someone to go over all the damage, but then sent someone to "fix" what they could and leave the damage they couldn't.
