Your back-office people (ordering and support) make too many mistakes! The job is still not done right.

Windows seem to be great but the installation was not professional. Installers messed up the drywall in our bathroom and tried to mask it with silicone. They also took off our shutters which no one told us they were going to do and had no fasteners to put them back up with, they were going to put them back up with a big washer and long screw (what a terrible solution), I told them to just put the shutters on the porch.
