Pros- My windows look great and the guys who installed them were nice and professional and did a great job! Cons- Literally everything else. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment for an estimate if you and your spouse work opposite shifts. They won’t schedule anything unless both people are home for the entire time. This made it very difficult to schedule our estimate as I had to work it around both my and my husband’s work schedule and our son’s extracurriculars.
