The installers were nice but only one spoke English, they also left caulking rub marks on the windows which were on the 2nd floor height , I had to climb a ladder to clean my windows myself with goo gone and glass cleaner , they asked for my final payof $950 before they left , I was very uncomfortable giving foreigners my credit card information or a check with all the theft stories you see on the news , called the phone number and no one answered to make sure they were not scamming me , luckily I got ahold of the salesman w... read more

I have tried for a week to get a copy of my contract and Universal's insurance info. I was told that the sales rep would get the approval from the HOA CONDO. He did not. The HOA president came to my door asking me if I got approval. I was very unhappy to find out this was not done. Now I have to get the approval after the fact. I need the contract and evidence I have left messages every no response!!!!! At this point I will not recommend you ever.
