Of the 30 windows I purchased, 5 were in need of repair within 1-year of service. Fix on one of the windows was the technician opening the window and using 4 pieces of lath to shore-up the defective window. 5 windows were like this, and I plan on reaching out to have this and other windows replaced.

No, our windows were installed wrong and were warped, leaked and some wouldn’t close or open and crooked. Hardly any insulation…just caulk and white trim…you can feel the cold air leaking around the window and the temps inside around the trim is in the 30’s. You reinstalled “same” windows and they still leak, cold air in our home…our old windows were better. The communication is one of UVD's selling points. Do not believe them. We had a horrible experience with both the original installation communication, delivery date target and no the replacement of a cracked replacement window. The workers are stuck in the middle between the customers and the poor management style of the corporation itself.
