Very bad installation crew.
I do not believe these windows are worth the cost. The salesperson lied to us about at least three things.( READ THE CONTRACT AND FINE PRINT) Takes too long to get issues resolved.
Well, They came to install our window several weeks ago 2 to 3 now, and thankfully, the installer remeasured the old window before he tore the old one out to only to find that the new window was over 10" to small. As of yet, we still have not heard anything from them.
I STILL have not received my windows that were ordered in March. Installation was scheduled once and the windows were measured wrong. I have not gotten any help or windows since!
I would recommen your windows to all my friends
We had issues with are door installation and we ultimately have to get an entire new door and frame. First, the door itself was no the correct door per our contract. This could have been avoid with a simple quality check. Second, due to unforeseen circumstances with living in an older home. there were issues with our door frame that could not be seen until our old frame was removed. I had a very positive experience at first. The sales person was great. However, one of our VERY expensive windows was installed on wet wood... the old window was leaking and this was brought up during the consultation and again during the install. He said he was going to take care of it, no problem...
