where to begin? the installers were very nice. However, the large dining room window installed on 5/20/22 was broken, huge break in glass, all the way accross the pane. the installers said the replacement was already ordered and would be on Monday's truck delivery 5/23/22. This turned out to be untrue. We did not get the replacement window untill 7/14/22 . Literally zero communication in that 2 month time frame from Universal. so i would say terrible customer service.
Everything was well with our salesman until I found out I was accepted for the I Teresa rate we originally discussed. I didn't find out until a couple days later and the company called to confirm. The windows were delivered in 12 weeks as promised. They were installed in 100 degree weather with only 2 guys. They were dying. The installation is the worst part of it all. There is no caulking in spots. The windows are set in the frames and 3 screens are torn.
I will never recommend the company. I have been trying to get my windows in since November of 2021 and I'm still having problems with the company. They suck and I'm very disappointed to the point I have shredded tears because the rainy weather was damaging my floors and walls.
I waited 14 weeks to get my windows and 7 out of the 9 windows were measured incorrectly - 7 out of 9. When I called, all I got was "Sorry, it is a measurer's error". No offer of a discount for the inconvenience of me taking off work and my house being in shambles because I had to rearrange items in four rooms to make room for the installation. The installers, who are thrid party contractors, were more apologetic than the Operations Manager. They felt really bad for me.
They say the big ass gap in my screens are suppose to be there. The gaps are big enough for bugs to fly on

The product ( windows ) were very nice but installers were late and very sloppy.
Too many phone calls on my part - never any return calls on your part - forgotten window and bathroom window has defect
