So this place I'm giving them a one star rating they do not take any new appointments until the third week of August why list of business if you're not taking you business I just feel like it's a waste of my time as a Yelp person to find a business on here, and not being able to reach out to them because they're not taking a business

Hello Sid, unfortunately the veterinary industry has experienced a massive increase in patients as well as a massive decrease in staff since 2020. We are doing our best and have added more Veterinarians and support staff to combat this issue. We also offer urgent care appointments and drop off exams to try and assist more patients in need where we can. If the front desk was not factored into this review, then it would be 5 stars. The doctors and the technicians are always on top of everything, very knowledgable, and friendly. The front desk however is ABYSMAL. Not only are there always ridiculous hold times on the phone, but they are unfriendly and frankly do not know anything about animals. I was on hold for over ten minutes (which is longer than when I even call an emergency vet!!) to ask a follow up question about an antibiotic I was sent home with. The receptionist had... read more

Where do I start. My dog had a spider bite on her nose, they wanted to do a biopsy $650, which I paid. I had to leave county, and had an associate call to get results. They weren't forthcoming about having the results which was super frustrating. They wanted dog on prednisone which they gave my associate. They gave him a hard time about an $18 prescription and left me messages about it. Mind you over the last two decades I have probably spent welll over 5k which I always paid at time of service. Melissa was very difficult to work with and asked me to repeat myself a million times. What's the point of secrataries if they don't know anything. Every time a nurse answers the phone like Shane, juan, christian, or stacy then I get my answers right away and its a very easy conversation. I think they should get rid of the secrataries and just have the nurses. I ended up going to another vet for my pet who has come here for years. My daughter is switching vets too. Love the drs and techs. However The front desk used to be helpful and nice, but the last few months they have gotten all new people that have no idea what they are doing and seem so unorganized. They are the first people the public talks to and they should be doing better

Do not bring your pet here! They are invested in offering unnecessary procedures, rather than providing compassionate care for your fur baby. The vets I had the misfortune of interacting with did not appear to be experienced or knowledgeable and provided only cursory and generic commentary regarding my pet's (urgent and disconcerting) condition. Only if you want to be grossly overcharged and receive next-to-no-care for your pet, this is a clinic for you and your animal friends.

Refused to give me my pets prescriptions that were already counted out and ready because they were doing inventory.... even after they texted me to come pick them up before 7pm. I got there shortly after 5pm.... But no, inventory is more important than pets health. I've Been coming here for a while now, they used to be great, but now they are actual awful. Horrible place! WAY OVER PRICED ( the cookies and free pop are just to butter you up before they hit you with the astoundingly high bill). My pets are going to another vet for better treatment!! This place really sucks!!
I've gone to this clinic for years and the vet I saw is awesome but the clinic itself is a travesty. I'm done. I've literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars there, but when you need them in a pinch they will NOT serve you. There is always some excuse (not to mention the constant "can I put you on a short hold" which rarely is anywhere near short...you'll end up dropped) -- today it was 1) server down, AND 2) short-staffed, AND 3) covid.
