Birdeye introduces mass texting reports to help businesses plan campaigns better
NewThe new mass texting report will be visible within the campaign report section under the ‘Reports’ tab.
With the introduction of mass texting reports, businesses can view the actual used texting volume relative to purchased volume so they can plan their campaigns better. The new mass texting report will be visible within the campaign report section under the ‘Reports’ tab.
The mass texting report will have the following information:
- Texting limit purchased by the business
- Number of mass texts sent in bulk for the month
- Filtering options based on time range, using our standard filters (7 day, 30 day, custom etc.)
