Birdeye launches 'Overall Score' for improved data visualization of survey responses

Viewing responses within a survey is a tedious job, especially if there are several questions and multiple respondents. For a surveyor, opening each response to derive sentiment and an outcome can take days. With an intention to associate a qualitative measure to surveys, Birdeye has announced the launch of ‘Overall Score’ that highlights a sentiment score for each respondent.

Analyzing the overall score allows the surveyor to instantly measure the reactions and sentiments of respondents in a quantitative mode without digging deep into wordy answers. An overall score can be derived from surveys where respondents answer any of the ratings or NPS question types. To learn more about 'Overall Score', read this help center article.
