Configure email notifications for Webchat messages
NewBirdeye users will now be able to choose whether they want to receive email notifications for unresponded Webchat messages or not.Birdeye users will now be able to choose whether they want to receive email notifications for unresponded Webchat messages or not. You may either disable the notifications for unresponded messages initiated via Webchat or reduce the frequency of notifications. By default, the notifications will be set to 'Immediate', you may choose to receive the notifications after 15 minutes, hourly, or daily. Based on your preferences, you will receive the notifications.
