NewBirdeye announced new and improved campaign management features that will make it easier than ever to engage with your customers.With the launch of Birdeye's enhanced Campaigns 2.0 management system, you can now manage all your campaigns, templates and contacts effortlessly. The updated Birdeye Campaigns 2.0 system eliminates the tedious job of switching locations and presents everything at an enterprise level for businesses with multiple locations.
Here's a list of new features within Campaign 2.0
Campaign Management: The all-new campaign management system helps businesses create Manual/Automated campaigns and allows them to manage them in one place.
Key features include:
- All the campaigns within Birdeye now have five different status messages: Running, Completed, Paused, Stopped, and Scheduled.
- New campaign types: Manual and Automated campaigns.
- Conversion reports and metrics for all campaigns visible at a single unified dashboard for enterprise businesses.
Template Management: Businesses no longer require technical support to edit templates in bulk. With the intuitive Birdeye platform, all the templates are created at an enterprise level and will be available for all locations.

- Create enterprise-level templates that can be used in any/all locations across the business.
- Use enterprise or location level branding for templates.
- Make use of tokens to personalize templates.
Contact Management: The all-new contact management system enables businesses to view all the contacts associated with all the business locations in one place.
Key features include:
- View all contacts in one list view.
- Search contacts based on name, email, and phone.
- More filters to filter contacts based on location, status, source, creation date, assisted by, and much more.
- Associate contacts with properties (age, gender, people, etc.).
