Unified Parking Partners in **********, ** has a parking lot in the center of town across from the ********************** It has no notice of hourly parking rates. The phone app is difficult to use, so I used the kiosk, which was also hard to use because of the glare on the plastic cover. I paid $33.00 to park for 2 hours, which is exorbitant. My friends who were meeting me for lunch had a very hard time finding parking and also using a phone app, so they were 30 minutes late. So, I was 30 minutes late in leaving the parking... read more

I paid at the machine for parking. Before my time expired, there was a ticket issued for my car for $63.00! This is robbery!! The charges given by this unscrupulous company far exceed normal are pricing for parking.BEWARE. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

FL Parking Co. - ****** Pass ????? DO NOT PARK HERE. We parked at 5:46 and paid for two hours of parking while we ate at ******* across the street. When we left the restaurant about 7:10 PM and returned to our car, there was already a ticket for nonpayment or expired parking, which was printed at 6:20 PM. This is well before our two hours of parking which would expire at 7:46 PM.This company is not professional and has really bad reviews online.

I paid $30 for parking at a UPP Global-operated lot in *****************. Despite paying at the end of my parking session in good faith, I still received a citation. When I contacted UPP Global, they claimed that my payment only covered part of the time, and therefore the citation was valid but they refused to refund the money I paid or cancel the violation.There were no clear signs or alerts in the parking lot or payment system indicating that paying upon departure would result in an automatic citation or that the system wo... read more

What a business model. Make sure that the credit card reader doesn't work, the scan service doesn't work, the texting service doesn't work, then, when a customer is unable to pay, charge them $63 to park for 88 minutes. Too bad I can't report zero stars.
