Parked in ********** at "UPP Global ************ Garage." This was a fully automated garage. I charged a $7.00 "service fee" in addition to the hourly rate. Likewise, while waiting over 45 minutes in line to leave the garage, the meter continued to tick. Consumers never mind paying a rate they have knowledge of but they hate knowing they were screwed by a hidden fee. Awful scam! Parked at the ******* lot in ********, no sign for how much it would be. Credit card bill comes and it was $34 for two hours. Not sure how ******** lets them stay in business. When I got my bill I called them and the guy was like yeah $34 is the normal rate. Never use UPP parking.

Violation #******** We never received a ticket. The ladies at ******************************************** demanded we leave our 2 and 3 year old children in the car and pay first. When we opted to leave since they were so nasty they stood behind the car and said the were calling the police. Parked at Luke's ******** Paid for 2 hours. Got a text at the 2-hour ***** tried to buy another hour but app wouldn't process. Walked outside to pay, and within 4 minutes of the 2-hour expiration, there was a $63 ticket left on my dash. Absolutely predatory and unethical.

I had not been to ***** Pass in a while. I parked in a lot in back, it was a gravel lot that was tightly packed. I parked in between two cars that were not far apart. I paid about $25 online for 2 hours. When I came back in under 2 hours I had a citation for parking in two spaces for $63. But if I pay in three days it was marked down to $43. This is ridiculous. Total scam artists! They post a sign indicating to use ParkByApp, then claim money never went to proper company so we owed an additional $63! The citation was issued after 1 hour, when we paid for 3 on the app. Took me 2 days to actually speak to a person, who treated me like I was overreacting! I sent in emails as directed, including cc of Charge Notice and my payment to App, and email address simply stated they didn't cover that space. Just went to an "event" at the ************************* and I have parked in the lot next door for many years. It was best when they had you pay one of the men $10 to $20 for the event you were attending. None of this automation that this lot/outfit now uses hits you up for $10+ per hour.I think tonight was $44.00 for 4 hours which would have been fine but the concert was delayed about 10 minutes and I got a notice at 15 minutes that my time was coming to an end.So, as I am trying to enjoy the end of the concert I am adding... read more

They are a scam you pay them for 4 hours to park and at the 2 hour **** they had a agent give us a ticket even when I called them and the city to show I have a copy saying I had 2 hours left on my parking meter. The city said it's a private company and when you call the company they have a answering service that takes your call but doesn't call you back! This is a scam they know it's impossible to fight these tickets show they make 33$ off you to park then $83 off ticket. How is this legal shouldn't they have to show proof y... read more

We wanted to spend a few hours shopping *************** for souvenirs on our last day!
