absolute crooks......we paid an unbelievable $22 to park in ********. transaction complete the machine told me. there was a car skulking in the shadows_obvioulsy the ticketing guy (on commission no doubt)...after one and a half hours we received a ticket. no one to speak with - just pay it......!!! great business - I'm sure the owners sleep well with no conscious.

False promises and no communication. I was told by managers I was going to get a bonus 4 or 5 different times during the summer and never got one. I saw my boss get fired and was not given a good reason as to why. I deserved to get fired but I saw 5 or 6 employees that did not deserve it and they still got canned without a chance to fix what they were apparently doing wrong.

Their parking is very deceptive. Visited ***** Pass. Had to pay $30 flat rate for parking for a 3 hour visit. Their pay boxes look like all others in ***** Pass, but found that the parking on the street is $3.00 per hour. ** Parking ** is a rip off. Taking advantage of visitors. They should be ashamed of themselves. At least put signs up stating this is private parking, not municiple parking. When I called to complain, their response was "That is just the way it is. NO STARS! Parked on 2nd street in downtown ********. Prepaid for the 1st hour, had dinner, came back to add time to the meter and apparently was slightly past the hour, and found a $63 ticket on my window! Completely ridiculous. I agree with the other comments below, terrible company.

This organization is practicing price gauging. They charge $6 per hour to park at Caddys on ***************. This is absurd. And they could care less because they're private owned. Sad that they have the state name in their Business Name! It makes ******* look bad. No integrity whatsoever. I urge everyone to write to the Governor, as I will be doing.

I pulled into this lot and paid seven dollars an hour to park, more than twice as much as street parking. When I pulled in Ill get the sign that was in front of the parking spots and there were cars parked at a diagonal and the only spots available were beside them. There was nothing on the sign saying straight parking. I came back 50 minutes later to extend my parking and there was a guy in the lot that told me he had just issued a ticket to everybody parked diagonally because it was against the rules, yet theres nothing po... read more

I went to one of their parking lots in ******** and had several problems. First I had to use the light on my phone because no lighting at meter.2nd the buttons did not work well and had to restart several times as did the 8 other people waiting.There is no receipt unless you set up an account on line.Prices were excessive. But then I was given a $63 citation. Went to website and it said to appeal see instructions on citation but there were none. Basically Unified steals your money! Don't park in their lots. Don't know how the **************** continues to allow them to do business. **************** is more like customer abuse. Horrrible people.! Should get zero Stars.
