I parked in a lot in downtown ******** on 3/15/2022. The machine had a handwritten note on it saying the machine no longer dispenses tickets. We looked around, saw no one had a ticket displayed and thought the machine was broken. We also saw a sign someone had posted on their car stating they tried to pay but the machine wouldn't take his card. I wasn't going to put my card in a broken machine. Parked our car at **** Stickeny yesterday and wanted to park for not even an hour. Went to the kiosk put in my credit card and put in my license number on my car. I tried the plus and minus signs to only pay for less than an hour. Was unsuccessful several times an the machine was not working correctly. The screen then said We paid 35 dollars and did not receive a receipt. Machine is broken and not working properly. Received a citation from your company for 63 dollars with threatening fee schedule. They wanted the citation number to look into my complaint. I wrote them an e-mail with the information asked for and I told John from Florida Parking that I was very upset with this and if necessary I would have my attorney look into this on my behalf.. He e-mailed me back and apologized for the situation and cancelled my citation. He further stated that he would talk to management and have someone check all the near by parking lots with kiosks. Unified Parking in ******** is deceiving customers with their private parking lots. There are no signs stating it is a 24/7 lot. I paid thinking lot was 8pm close like all of ********. There are no signs anywhere on property. If you dont put a ticket receipt in the windshield you will get a ticket. This company is terrible cant get resolution of problem after ************** calls.

We are sorry that you had difficulty with your parking. All of our locations in ******* are pay to park and there is signage in each location indicating the times the lots are available. We will be sure to double check this location. I was able to locate the correspondence that you had with both customer service and lot manager and noticed that you citation amount had been lowered by %50. We do appreciate you parking with us.

Beware of the parking at *************** that is patrolled by Unified Parking Partners. The signage that is displayed about the area being pay to park is sparsely located and most not at eye level. On our first visit to *************** we received a $33 dollar citation. Had we known it was pay to park we would have gotten a stub to display in our vehicle. There was no signage along the strip of spots where we parked in a nearly empty lot but there was a sign directly across from us for spots that were clearly marked as short... read more

There is signage throughout the property and as you enter the location indicating that it is a pay to park facility. There are 17 pay stations throughout the property and payment can also be made using various parking apps. We will look in to seeing what we would need to do to make signage as clear as possible. ** Parking ** must be a scammer business. I parked my car at the ******** Point location, adjacent to the Pontoon Boat Rental business (they have no business connection). I used the parking payment machine, it accepted my ***** but the printer was not working and it did not print a receipt to place on the dash, as ** Parking instructions ask. I paid a tow truck driver who was about to tow my car $63- in cash because he would not take a credit card. Then two weeks later I received a letter stating that I did not pay my citation. I never received a citation so the tow truck driver pocked the cash.I have made numerous attempts to get this straightened out to no avail. Phone receptionist promised her manager would call me first thing the next morning but it never happened.I agree with the other reviewers. This company is pathetic!

We attempted to pay the meter (we were having lunch at Lukes) and it did not function properly, over and over again. Very frustrating for a disabled senior citizen. Citation.... We appealed it and were declined, no reason offered. We have no problem paying the parking fee itself, but your equipment malfunctioned, that is not our fault. The penalty fee is unwarranted, It is really unfair not to have any recourse of substance.

received a "Caddy's Parking Citation" from FLParkingCo.This is NOT legitimate.We have never parked anywhere and not paid for our parking in full.A scam.Called the company and let them know I have filed a complaint with the ******* ************************* and also noted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We NEVER received an actual citation on our vehicle. This illegitimate "company" took photos of vehicles with license plates, and then thru an online search, mailed false citation notices which were then mailed to address listed with plate #. Again, I have researched and found too many complaints about this false company.

UPP added meters to a section of ********** Point (near the Rink) thatwas not previously metered. No signage was added to inform regular patrons of the change. As a result, multiple families of a youth hockey organization were ticketed during their child's practice. As recently as a week ago, the meter was not present. I fully understand that ********** Point has the right to charge for parking, however, to simply add a kiosk with no signage after at least two years of having not previously charged is a bit unethical. Hello, we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience while parking. After further investigating your citation we were able to see that you submitted a formal appeal by going to the website listed on the back of your ticket on January 13th, 2022 and that appeal was excepted and citation voided later that afternoon. We are actively looking in to how we can update signage in that area to mitigate any further confusion.
