Company is by far the worst to work with as they are for attempting to steal people to play, didn't use in ******** out of your own money. They ask me information , and then turn around and cancel my account with no explanation. They told us we could complete our book shipments , but went in and started canceling all of them without proper notification , and they went against their own policies. This company should be shut down.I don't even know how they're still in business

Charged for services I did not receive. Charged inflated shipping charges despite nothing materially different from what I already disclosed. BOL and shipping coordination reviewed and edited with the uShip team during the quoting process. uShip failed to provide any evidence of a thorough investigation despite repeated requests. **** *****, customer service LTL Operations no help whatsoever and proceeded to waste my time and did nothing to rectify the situation.

I write this review without anger or predigest ... If this company applied the same effort helping its customers as they do ignoring emails and phone calls to resolve issues, they would be great! Unfortunately they couldn't care less about any problems that arise and THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU ... there are 2 types of Uship customers people that have had problems and people that haven't ... absolute horrible experience...I tried hard to resolve my issue, Absolutely no support ...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES... They refuse to help customers .... Most drivers are very legit, too bad the company doesn't care about people.

This is just another broker. They refer you to other brokers but get a $150 fee for nothing. The broker they referred me to claimed theyd pick up my vehicle I. 5 days. Four days later they said we couldnt find a shipper **** UShip and their fee and just search yourself. These brokers barely speak English and are a total scam

They completed the delivery just fine but 10 days later they tried charging an addition $125 saying we didn't tell them the delivery address was a farm. I put the address in their system and received a quote which I paid. It is not my responsibility to tell them its going to a farm

U- ship does not vet their shippers enough. They booked a crackhead to ship my cart. Some damage occurred not to mention the cart showed up 2 1/2 weeks late and U-ship did not help me at all filing insurance claim.

Entirely not satisfied. I picked a bad supplier who never shipped, but uShip never helped me. I was never told that the carrier would charge every time they tried to pick up the freight at origin, and even though I emailed uShip several times, and spoke with the transporter and the origin several times, I was charged over $600 for a shipment that never happened and uShip did nothing to help me with the issue! Look elsewhere for a broker!
