Communication was good until 50% of the shipping cost was etransferred to shipping company. After that a date was scheduled and ***** auto shipping does not communicate back anymore.Terrible system. There is no way to make a complaint about the shipper and also no one to talk to at uship. Will never do business again.

I had a truly terrible experience shipping an heirloom bookcase from the midwest to ************* this summer with uship. It arrived literally months late, there was no communication as to why during the wait, and worst of all the piece was damaged. Despite having insurance, they refused to pay anything. This was after they saw the woodworker's estimate. Selling vendors who extort money out of their customers. Once made aware of the situation they said that there's nothing they could do about it. Horrible company who doesn't manage or take any responsibility for the services or providers that they are selling. Extortion is illegal the last time I checked and should not have to be tolerated by anyone. Avoid both uShip and Montway at all costs.
Bad buisness. Allows customers to get over on carriers. They take all types of fees with no set fee price so they can take any amount before you get paid. Alllows false allegations making buisness difficult for independent workers. Warning they will keep your money on hold anytime for any reason
Have used them twice. Both times had to file a claim for lost or damaged items. Both claims took months and only received partial payment. Beware of "processing fees" and insurance that really isn't. After thousands in losses, I'll never use them again.

Horrible experience. Shipment was canceled at the last minute, had to repost the add twice. The assigned ******* subcontracted it out to another party. Cost me to much time and stress. Poor customer service. The shipper took a month to pick up my order. Canceled my order, then drove around with it for another before returning it back to me. Had no recourse.
Communication was up to me. They wanted a 7 day pickup window. It took 9 days.Car showed up looking like it was driven on 5 miles of dirt road. Will never use them again. Who did they pay off to get a triple A rating.
I was missing 4 boxes and the bolts to my bed frame and when I contacted the company he was very defensive and unapologetic and said it was basically my problem. When I contacted uShip they had no solution and basically said the same thing. The mover only cared about my review and stood over me as I wrote it and I felt pressured to write a good one.
