I received a quote from this dealer with $4,999 of unwanted options added to the car. They were not willing to remove them. I chose to go with another dealership and got the exact same car without the "added" options that I did not want.

Avoid this place like the plague. They lie to you and even when they claim to fix the lie they will lie to you again. I purchased an Elantra in from Van in October 2020. The car is running completely fine, they did not lie about the vehicle. They lied to me about the service and maintenance of it following the purchase. When I bought the car I was promised free oil changes as part of their Maintenance Program (for like 3 years/36,000 miles), at any Hyundai dealership. My daughter went in to purchase a Kia Telluride TODAY. She is 22 years old an RN and pregnant. This dealership took advantage of her 100%. She was told the car was 45,000 out the door just to get home and find out that she was financing 54,000 dollars. They included 10,000 in warranties she did not ask for. Shame on this place for doing this to her. She called the salesman back tonight and he would not speak to her. As soon as they get your money you no longer exist! Disabled Veteran and was continually lied to, I was told they would do everything to expedite my plates since I have to pay to park everyday at work without disabled veteran designation. $400 in parking fees already paid this month, they didn’t even process my check until 2.5 weeks after purchase and still lying their way through the sale. DO NOT BUY HERE!

They tried to add $4500 in dealer add ins to increase their profit to 20,000 car! Go somewhere else and be treated fairly! I have never had the run around like I did for 9 hours by salesman Brandon Hines and his managerMike. From Brandon having the information I sent him and his failure to send the correct info to get put into a correct quote to him replying at all in less than a 2-3 hour time frame. Awful customer service. Josh, Chris, and Damian were useless. There is a poster that says the average car dealer wait time is 2.5 hours and they want to beat it. Bull&$@! Save yourself the time and energy and go to a different dealership.
