Interaction with the service advisor was horrible. Left voice mails that were never returned. Car was finally ready several days after the initial estimate, and then I only found out it was done because I called in. And then I found out with only an hour to get there before the dealership closed. With the customer facing side being so bad, I have to admit it makes me worry about the quality of the repair. They were all nice people but when they brought out the price, they added ~$10K to the MSRP. The experience turned negative after that. A few addons that I get some value for I understand but $10 on top of a $40K car was just too much. They lost all goodwill from me when they handled it that way. I walked away and will buy someplace else.
Horrible experience. They basically refuse to perform recall work on my car and aggressively recommend services that are not needed. I brought a car there with no issues whatsoever and was given back a car that needed a new battery after I declined having them perform $1100 worth of work. Do not take your car here.

Bought a new Hyundai vehicle from Van Hyundai Carrolton on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received payment 2 weeks later. Quit responding to my requests for status on getting the money they owe me. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV which is under investigation.

Terrible dealership. Do not recommend. Called to make sure car I was interested in was actually there. Joyce put me in hold and went to check. Came back and said it was. Drive 45 minutes only to find out she lied! The vehicle was NOT there to see. Will never go or recommend this place to anyone!!!

Worst service I ever had. Bought my car I was told I had warranty paid one car note front air struts went out 6000 dollars 💸 warranty did not cover it
Went on the website and asked for today's price. Had to go through 4 different people just for them to say it's listed on the website. Drove there after an exhausting work day and they said the car you are talking about "just sold" and another person said it sold in the morning. After talking to 4 different people and specifically coming to see that car. they said it was sold. A few weeks ago I traded in my 2018 Lexus NX300H for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Limited with Van Hyundai and had a fantastic experience. Would not recommend shopping here. I used their website to ask about test driving a specific Santa Fe. I was connected to a salesperson, made an appointment for 2 days later. When I showed it it was clear that he had double booked appointments, fine that happens. But he couldn’t remember which car we wanted to drive. I reminded him. He said the car wasn’t ready and had us drive a different Santa Fe (a 2023 with less features, that he keep telling me was “almost the same car”).
