Service advisor was nice. The amount of items they said were wrong with my 2yr old car were false. They said the fromt radar was out and would not file it under warranty because it was fully broke. funny thing is, i took it to a place for a second opinion and it was not fully broke it just needed recalibration. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Let’s start with their dishonest pricing: they DOUBLED the advertised price with ridiculous “upgrades” and then tried to say they would have to charge us to have them removed! I went to Van Hyundai Dealership service center / department to get the routine maintenance done for my 2023 Palisade and most importantly get the pump recall done. I was sure to ask about the recall before and the staff assured me it would be done. On 11/10/23 when I went they only did the maintenance and said they ordered the part and will call me when I can comeback for the recall. Interaction with the service advisor was horrible. Left voice mails that were never returned. Car was finally ready several days after the initial estimate, and then I only found out it was done because I called in. And then I found out with only an hour to get there before the dealership closed. With the customer facing side being so bad, I have to admit it makes me worry about the quality of the repair. They were all nice people but when they brought out the price, they added ~$10K to the MSRP. The experience turned negative after that. A few addons that I get some value for I understand but $10 on top of a $40K car was just too much. They lost all goodwill from me when they handled it that way. I walked away and will buy someplace else.
Horrible experience. They basically refuse to perform recall work on my car and aggressively recommend services that are not needed. I brought a car there with no issues whatsoever and was given back a car that needed a new battery after I declined having them perform $1100 worth of work. Do not take your car here.

Bought a new Hyundai vehicle from Van Hyundai Carrolton on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received payment 2 weeks later. Quit responding to my requests for status on getting the money they owe me. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV which is under investigation.
