I purchased a brand-new car on April 19, and at the time, Chris clearly stated that the second key would be provided shortly, as only one was available then. It’s now been over three weeks—and we have received zero communication, zero follow-up, and absolutely no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. After spending thousands on a new car, I expected professionalism, honesty, and at the very least, basic follow-through. STAY AWAY! !! I had a bad experience buying a car here. It took 6 trips to sign and resign the paperwork and still it wasn't right!!! Then I brought in a different car to get the tires balanced. I paid for an alignment and balance. When they rotated the tires - they were out of balance and so I paid for another balance. The tires are still out of balance and they refuse to balance them - saying I needed to replace tires with 16K miles. What a SCAM!!!!!!! STAY AWAY - there are better dealers elsewhere!!!

I am living near this dealer. However, I did not buy my 2022 Tusan Hybrid from this dealer because the deal was not clear and more expensive compare to other dealer,,. Since the dealer moved a new location, I wanted to see any better service. On Aug 13th 2024, I made an appointment to fix the tire pressure sensor, previously caused and issued by this dealer. I have a good experience with the sales person but have an poor experience when I worked with finance team they are not transparent on details. fortunately I had find out they charged me $5400 without providing details when I asked for reduced interest rate. Later I find out they charged $195 extra compared to what we agreed to. I recently purchased a vehicle from Van Hyundai in Carrollton, part of the Berkshire Hathaway Automotive group. They informed me that the vehicle had been repossessed in Ohio but not to worry that it’s not an issue and they would handle the registration and titling. Service advisor was nice. The amount of items they said were wrong with my 2yr old car were false. They said the fromt radar was out and would not file it under warranty because it was fully broke. funny thing is, i took it to a place for a second opinion and it was not fully broke it just needed recalibration. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Let’s start with their dishonest pricing: they DOUBLED the advertised price with ridiculous “upgrades” and then tried to say they would have to charge us to have them removed! The sales team and finance department wasted over 6 HOURS of our time going back and forth on the price, again- being dishonest and presenting pricing that was not approved to keep us there. I went to Van Hyundai Dealership service center / department to get the routine maintenance done for my 2023 Palisade and most importantly get the pump recall done. I was sure to ask about the recall before and the staff assured me it would be done. On 11/10/23 when I went they only did the maintenance and said they ordered the part and will call me when I can comeback for the recall.
