The place is a dump was afraid to sit down. . The sales person did not inform me of changes made , to my car being ready . I asked her if she could find out information on another car that I needed repaired . She did none of that . Since she made the sale . She doesn’t have time.. we were thinking of purchasing another car next year. But we will go somewhere else .’and we will not recommend Van Hundai .
We took interest in a Hyundai Elantra here listed for 13,295 and arranged the test drive. Car was great, manager would sell for 16k including TT&L. Okay, that's roughly $1,600 more than the online price but we wanted the car. My personal bank wouldn't approve an auto loan due to it's year model but could do a personal loan at 9.99%. Stating they could do better, we agreed to allow them to get financing. Horrible experience. They take advantage of women and have horrible markups compared to similar or better model cars at other dealerships

Worst experience ever buying a car. Dealer so called pre sold me a car that never showed up. After I already signed the paperwork on the car, and never once called and let me know the car never made it. I had to call the dealership multiple times just to get answers. Absolutely no customer service. Fast forward 1 week and 780 miles later, the check engine light comes on on the car and I call the dealership. I purchased Zaktek paint protection along with my vehicle. I took off work to get a due application which takes 3 to 4 hours, sometimes longer if done correctly, and it was. It looked great. I let them know that I dont have the luxury of taking off work to get this done again. They offered to pick it up and get it done this time. I appreciated that, but my vehicle was brought back 2 hours later with dirt spots on it that was already on the vehicle. It didn't look washed much less adding the Zaktek application. My experience has not been great. My wife and I called on separate occasions not know we both called. We got different pricing than sticker price as advertisedon cars.com and other sites. She was quoted 12k over MSRP, 1 month later she got quoted 6 to 9k. This month Apr 22 I got quoted 3 to 6k over MSRP. They are not transparent on pricing and want you to come in and just settle. This dealership is ruining the Hyundai Name and experience I once enjoyed.

Van Hyundai is asking $10,000 over MSRP for the Elantra N. Don’t do business with dealers like this. If Hyundai wanted this to be a $40,000+ car they would have made it nicer.

Quite honestly I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I brought a trade it and got it detailed and everything just for them to basically say I should go somewhere else because I couldn’t afford the car I wanted. I drove all the way from Rockwall just for them to treat me like I was dumb and didn’t have any money. I should have gone somewhere else. Could have saved me the embarrassment…
