same old dealer experience. don't think you are going to get a car at the price they advertise. same as all dealers. add hundreds of dollars for things you don't need or want.

I test drove car cost $7825. Salesman Says cost is $9400 Looked at car for $7825. Salesman Says cost is $9400 after adding $ to repair the car to sell plus other fees What?no deal ! Ridiculous

Lousy Customer Service On Wednesday I made appointments with three dealerships to do test drives yesterday on July 4th. Being that it was a holiday I had difficulty finding dealerships that were open but was happy to find that Van Hyundai would be open although it was out of the way but I didn't mind because I wanted to get them hammered out and figured they wouldn't be terribly busy. Buyer Beware BUYER BEWARE. I’ve been a little hesitant on whether or not to share this experience, as I really wanted to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt. We came in to see a 2019 Camry SE at an unbelievable price. It had only 2k miles and presumably a “clean Carfax”. When we took it for a test drive, we noticed glass underneath the radio- windshield type glass. Horrible Customer Service from my Service Consultant - Hagen I called the Service Consultant (Hagen) on a Friday to tell him that I thought my sunroof or window was leaking. He said to bring it in Monday. I showed up Monday and he told me that he would have a technician look at it around 1pm and he would call me with the results. He did not call until 4pm and then told me that they would not be able to look at my car until Tuesday. His excuse was that they were a technician down the previous week which was causing delays. NO SERVICE--Bought 2015 Sonata and also a 2014 Sonata Buy your car from another dealership! Seriously. Do yourself a huge favor. As of 8-10-18 this is my fourth time to have to fix the same problem (detachment of Turbo hose) on our 2015 Sonata Limited Edition Turbo and this dealership does not respond. Lack of Integrity, honesty and follow-through. I purchased my vehicle from Van Hyundai recently, incredible experience. No wonder no one like to purchase a vehicle. Buyer Beware. Be informed before going in. They Ruined My Car We took our 2006 Hyundai Sonata in for a tapping noise which would occur infrequently while driving on the highway, when you accelerated rapidly. We had previously been told it might be a timing issue by another service company, but because the inside door handle was also broken, we took it to the local Hyundai service department for repair. Go somewhere else I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Their standard is questionable sales tactics and unethical business practices rather than fairness and honoring what they agree to. Car customers deserve much better than to be used and disregarded.
