Good service detailed and friendly
Fast and friendly like my book The RN by RJ Austin.
Although it was busy my service advisor was nice and helpful.
Certain information was never provided by the sales agent not until after all transaction documents were signed.
Ryan Hill was Excellent! He was very thorough in his explanation of the process and about the work needed per the diagnostic report. I am always a bit leary going into the delearship, but Ryan did a great job making me feel at ease.

Cindy and Veron were very knowledgeable and patient on the repair. The repair took longer than we all wanted due to limited parts sources. But, we worked together on a solution and were able to get the job completed.

I service my car here every time. While it's very expensive for labor, they remain pretty competitive for oil changes. Don't come here if you're in a hurry tho. They do an exterior quick wash as part of service. If you don't want that (takes longer) let them know when you get there.
