Great service, everyone was super helpful with ensuring that my car met all of the standards needed to be driven safely.
I had very nice salesman however he was very young and inexperienced. He had to get help from his boss and the process took a very long time and was somewhat unorganized. I was able to pick the car up the next day after 2
Typical dealership experience. Thorough but expensive. Oil change and alignment diagnostic fee - $450. Wish they would have waived diagnostic fee. Found $8k in repairs in on 10 yr old car. Which is expected, except I put $3k in it 1.5 years ago at same dealership.
My first time servicing my car at Vandergriff Acura. Kyle was great and even helped me save some money. Overall great service and I'll be coming back.
