Excellent service everything we take our car in for service.
I thought the experience with Vandergriff Acura service department from the original phone call to the return of our vehicle was excellent. When I arrived I was greeted by an individual who checked in our vehicle and directed me to Taylor Jones. Taylor was very thorough and explained in detail what we could expect out of the service work for that day. Taylor returned our vehicle in a timely manner with a complete run down of the work performed and what the next visit would in compass. Excellent
Well considering that our 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD we purchased from Vandergriff Acura was originally bought from and only serviced by Vandergriff Acura and being a one owner with only 73K miles I knew that Vandergriff would be the very best and only place I would ever have our 2016 MDX serviced at to continue to keep it in its current like new condition.They cleaned the throttle body and mass air-flow sensor at my request and we could instantly feel the performance difference including the increased crisper throttle response.W... read more

Was excellent from the time I pulled in until I drove out.
Ms. Cindy Granados was absolutely amazing. She recorded my concerns exactly how I explained them to her and provided timely feedback once the inspection was completed.
Recall work on the brake master cylinder done in a reasonable time. Shuttle service to and from home to the dealer was available. The service consultant reviewed and explained the results of the free maintenance inspection done on the car.
Kyle was great help and very professional has he printed out everything done in more detail than average.
