Bad service, they don't even check the air pressure on the tires and they rotate. Not good they do not work being proactive.

Went in to get a 90,000 mile maintenance car was running great when I took it in no lights on dash. When I drove off from picking it up the check engine light was on. They said it was normal for the procedure I had done. I was told to come back in a couple of days and they would solve the problem. Took it in and check engine light is still on. I was told to be patient while they try to see what they can do. It's been a month and no response
Flim flam artists, playing with the numbers, not doing what you ask or what they are supposed to do. Bait and switch with low ball pricing to get you in and then hit you with tons of fees. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Had to wait over two hours for a scheduled oil change. The appointment was for 11am and did not leave until 1:10 pm. The only reason I was able to leave at 1:10 pm was I had to get the service manager involved. Not sure why the service advisor (Cody) couldnt make it happen. Solution: If you schedule an appointment for a customer, stick with this time or inform the customer that once again yall are running late. If I have another appointment, be ready for us, as we are for you.
