They gave us the car back, supposedly ready, but the engine light was still on. They reset it to turn the light off, but the next day it came back on. We took it back to the shop, and it's been there for over a week again, after being there for more than a month for a transmission replacement. I'm not even sure anymore if they're going to fix it properly.

The sales person called me everyday before purchase for promotions. I purchased used car from the dealership. Car from inside was great but the outside was dirty not detailed. They sold the car with hail damage without disclosing. We discovered the hail dents after they cleaned the car. I reached out to the sales agent he refused to help and I called several times to speak with manager and manager never calls back.

I had an appointment for basic routine maintenance at 7:30 am. I waited for 2 hours because "there are a lot of people." What is the point of an appointment if I have to wait? In addition, my cabin air filter was not installed back correctly after they checked it and my AC now makes a lot of noise.

The service was absolutely terrible no communication whatsoever and I am very disappointed that the last 4 years of doing business with them and getting my car serviced I don't think I will be back to this location again

Service was too slow and too expensive. I waited in the bay for 20 minutes before anyone checked to see why I was there. No other vehicles were in the bay

People where nice getting the wrong thing fixed is not good. I've paid around 2500 and the car is still turning off on me.

No communication from original service advisor - After you having my car for a week had to actually come back to location to get answers about my car. After that visit and with another service advisor (Melissa) things moved quickly, problem diagnosed, fixed and I got my car back.
