This is the second time this year that mistakes were made. In April my car was filled with oil twice. On driving home, my car began to rock back and forth, it would not stabilize it self. It began to smell of burning oil. I had to slow down. I called the dealership. They had it towed. They had to replace Al spark plugs and a few other things.This month I had it towed because it would not start. Not happy took my car to get serviced my check engine light was NOT on I picked up my car the check engine light came on when I was on my way home from getting my car serviced took the car back and they reset it and on my home the check engine light came on AGAIN took the car back the 2nd time and was told there was nothing they could do add insult to injury after paying 900.00 to get the car serviced

It was terrible.. brought my 2019 traverse (which I have purchased everyone of my cars from yall) in because the check engine light was on the code that was reading whe. I took to autozone was the purge valve.. the service advisor at vandergriff did there diagnosis and came back and told me the check engine light was in because I needed a new battery and a fuel system cleanse ( which I knew was it) these repairs was not covered u set warranty so I had to pay 100% out of my pocket for repairs and for the rental.. in less then... read more

I was charged $3K on top of the online listed price. Salesman advised it was the extra cost for the inspection that made it a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. After doing research, I know now that this is a tactic used by dealerships to make money. This practice however is extremely unethical and unfair to consumers. Beware!

The service advisor was great the Service mechanic was awful. The mechanic didnt put 2 of my bolts back on my catalytic converter shield, I got under my truck when they pull my vehicle around to say I was ready to go. I wanted to check since it took 3 hours for the service. The mechanic lost the bolts or cut them off then tried to say I brought the truck in that way. Horrible experience, could never get a call back from anyone including the manager. Tried to make me pay for damage to the car that I was trying to purchase. Horrible communication between the dealer and bank causing me to have to wait 4 days to take possession of my vehicle after signing for it. I really wanted the car otherwise I wouldve never had any dealings with them but definitely never again.

The truck had glue around the windows form previously removed tinit. In doing so there is damage to the dashboard as well . I left a message for the GM but he never returned my call .
