Service department needs more qualified technicians

A whole year with a purchase and only had it in our possession for like a month. They promised that if we weren't happy they would get us out of that vehicle and it took them a whole year and now the truck they placed us in they sold to us super expensive over priced . I don't recommend this place at all

My right front tire vibrates when I get on the highway I will get between 60 and 65 and I get a vibration

Took quite some time to get the vehicle checked out - 4 days! Also, repair not covered by warranty that other dealers would cover. The Ford dealership next door takes very good care of our needs and will weigh heavily in our next vehicle purchase a year from now.

There were no loaner vehicles available for cars with recalls , to go to work while waiting on repairs.

Didn't fix the issues I was having with their faulty vehicle
Unresponsive after initial communication. Had a deadline to spend over 45k for a vehicle and got no response. Maybe I should have told them I have the check in my hand. My money my time guess I get to keep both. Good Luck
i have continued to take 2020 silverado and very time i take it I have to take it back because they dont fix it right
I give them a 2 star for the fact that I have had to take my car back to them due to what I brought my car in for wasn't dealt with
