Received coupon for $84. 99 special. Took car to dealership to have service done. I was informed that coupon was void and a mistake. Hyundai should have issued an email to customers that this coupon was no longer valid. Only received two items that were on the list
Price gauging,did not honor price quoted to me,when I went to finance is where I discovered they changed the price of car $1376.when buying a car from this dealership before signing to price make sure your getting the quoted price ,I have bought many cars they all have dealer fees and add ons but never have I experienced the change of the quoted price of car it was quoted $20,026, went up to $21,763,what hike ,but I continued the deal I had to sit and wait an hour and 40 mins and I was paying for car no financing, just bewar... read more
The worst experience. Did not return phone calls and follow up. 3-4 weeks to repair and no loaner cars.
Wanted to express a situation that could have caused an accident and possible injury due to improper maintenance performed on my vehicle. Earlier in the month my Sonata Hybrid was brought in for a software update due to a recall, A few weeks after this update while traveling on the Freeway, traveling approx. 70mph the HEV system failed causing the vehicle to decelerate from 70mph to 45mph in just a few seconds. Today I went to the dealership to test drive a 2021 hybrid Santa Fe, 3 k miles. As soon as I sit down Salesman Andy says just so you know there is a markup on all cars. So he confirmed the sticker price that is advertised is not the price. I told him no thanks. Of course he went to his manger who said drive it and if I like it we can talk. I drive the vehicle which was filthy, ice cream on the seats. Come back and Andy brings me the paperwork with a 6200k mark up!!! I'm very disappointed with this dealership. Their internet sales prices are deceptive. I inquired about a vehicle priced at $30,115. After spending a day discussing the details of the vehicle, the price, financing, trade in, etc., the final sales offer price was $4,500 higher than their price advertised on cars.com and on their website. Vandegriff's internet sales manager (Ashley) and new car sales manager informed me that "the $4500 difference is for Market Value Adjustment. Excellent Customer Service Dept. However, in the waiting sales area. No one ever acknowledged my presence. Not even a hello. I was there for 2 + hours. Not one person said could I help you with anything.

Didn’t take long at all. Definitely great positive experience, but then turned sour real quick. Great sales team, but the experience is no longer as great as it was.
