It took some time, but in the end I got exactlly what I wanted with the payments I needed, and an interest rate that was far below my expectations! David, has made a believer out of me when it comes to Vander Griff and Hyundai. TONY SPEND A WHOLE DAY WITH ME AND STRIVED 100% TO CONVICE ME WHAT HE WAS SELLING WAS #1 IN THE INDUSTRY. HE WAS VERY CONFIDENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I LEFT THERE BUYING A HYUNDI ELENTRA AND VERY PLEASED WITH IT SO FAR! I WOULD CERTAINLY GIVE HIS NAME OUT FOR A REFERENCE. IF ANYONE HAS PATIENCE IT WOULD BE HIM NO DOUBT!!

I always pre-shop and negotiate on the internet and direct email to several dealers. Most respond poorly with auto messages. I received a quick and personal response from Alex. After I told him what I wanted I got a quick response from Lee because Alex was with a customer. Lee negotiated with me all day Saturday by email. I looked at available cars and colors on Sunday and changed my mind on what I wanted. Went to the dealership at 0830hrs Monday and asked for Lee. She came right out to meet me with Alex. I did not end up buying from Vandergriff because they couldn't get to the price I wanted, but I appreciated their honesty in telling me what they could and could not do and quick responses to my emails. They didn't try to play games and they didn't try to throw competing dealerships under the bus like other salespeople did. Bernardo Aguayo and Lee Allen are a credit to the dealership.

Beware of Vandergriff Hyundai's deceptive pricing. They advertised a 2026 Santa Fe (Stock #TH196303) online for $32,632. When I asked for the paperwork, they tried to charge me $42,868.41 by jacking the base price up to $40,080 and forcing a mandatory $2,295 "Protection Package." When I called them out on the $10,000 discrepancy, they literally went into their system and changed the website price within 20 minutes (between 1:17 PM and 1:38 PM) to cover their tracks. I asked for the service manger because he has great customer service and I use to work with him, then I got Mohammed then when I asked for the service manger he ignored what I said and didn't care what I had to say

Yes i pay almost 1300 for a bad starter and alignment and it drives worst than before and after a recall my dash is full of lights now i have to reschedule again i have no lights on dash ever or check engine light on
