I would've been very pleased with the car purchasing process at this dealership if they wouldn't have added on extra cost to our agreed upon price and financing which I didn't notice until I closely examined the paperwork a day later. This is bad business and I'll never do business with them again.

Felt rushed and when I called I never got a hold of someone in management and I got jipped out of 8k. So after approval and signatures the price increased significantly. The guy was rude and even rude to my mother..My car was not even the lot yet when i purchased!!. I demanded my car be ready 4 days later and 2 weeks later find out that they didn't check the back breaks as I complained they they squeal. I will never come back to Vandergrift Toyota Arlington Texas

We never had our car serviced here on that day. We never got a real reason this was reported. it is also interesting that in 2 months we only drove 2 miles the shop is over 5 miles away. Had to give a star but should be -5.

I purchased a Platinum Package for back up and everytime I needed to use it they would have some type of excuse. So this last time in April did it. I'm going to ask to speak to the General manager and file a complaint. Plus their service department advisors are very unprofessional and lied to me. They kept me on hold for over 20-30 minutes and never came back to my call. I'm very upset and have bought more than three cars with them and sent a lot of family members and friends. Dealer prices for maintenance required were inflated as compared to other Toyota dealers in Tarrant County.

Car broke down the first time I drove it after getting service 3 days prior. Had vehicle towed back to the dealership and they stated they didn't see anything that would have led to the breakdown. Nor did they attempt to assist.
