The website wasnt working properly so it was hard to set the appointment. When I arrived they didnt appear to be ready. They tried to upsell me a $45 dollar battery service (Two felt washers and terminal spray) and the oil change took over 3 hours. The tires were not properly inflated and the truck was not washed.

I called to make an appointment to take in my car for a check up due to a recall. Edgar told me I could take it in on Friday at 10 what surprised me he did not ask for my name or number or any identifying info. So i take it in and they said well you dont have an appointment, you can leave it here and we will see it when we can so we will call you in 4 to 5 hours or you can come back once you set up an appointment. The technician didnt tighten the screw to the oil pan and the oil leak in my garage. When they did change the oil they left oily hand prints on the exterior of my truck . My experience hasnt been a good one.

It was horrible. I spent more than 4 hrs waiting for oil change, regular and state inspection. Also, I told the service advisor that my remote doesn't work. She promised to change the remote battery, which she never did. Worse of all, I drive almost 45mins to Vandergriff. I do not think j would be going back there, even though I have a service contract with them. Very insensitive and careless services at Vandergriff. They're interested only in the service fees!

It was ok, sort of. I still have not received my second key. They do not return phone calls. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for my sales representative. If the car market was not so tight right now, I would have gone somewhere else. But they had the car I wanted, and, after several trips to the sales manager, they came back with a halfway decent deal.
