Great customer service! I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for an unexpected issue and Debra Ryno was quick to get me set up in a rental car and called me as planned with an update on the repairs. Very thorough and efficient. Service fully met my expectations.

Professional and efficient! Jermaine Samuels was a very professional salesperson! We had called from out of town earlier in the week. The salesperson who was taking our calls left the dealership and Jermaine took over. Could've been a bad thing but it turned out great! Car was as he said it was and the sales mgr Blake worked hard on our trade and financing! Best of all this didn't take several hours. We traded our car,financed the purchased vehicle and did it all in approximately 2 hours!! Thank you VanderGriff Toyota!!!

Helpful and friendly staff My family and I had pleasant experience at the dealership. Messi our salesman was very patient and polite. The rest of the staff were all friendly. I would recommend this dealership. Oh, plus you can't go wrong with Toyota, I love my RAV4
Would not buy a car anywhere else. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle through Vandergriff Toyota. We have been pleased with the service we have received. Messi Morales is a great salesmen and helped us tremendously. He is a hard worker and a great salesman. I would recommend anybody that is looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Messi you will not be disappointed.
Good Service Kevin Fitzgerald was my service advisor for this visit. He was courteous, explained everything so I could understand and I felt I could trust him. The estimated time of waiting he gave me is on the spot about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It could be better if the waiting time is about 1 hour. Overall it was a good service.
New dashboard Thanks to Debra Ryno for taking care of my Camry while the new dashboard was being installed. Also, thanks for the prompt ride home from the service dept. Have been here in the past and have always been treated courteously.
good service Luis Viloria saw that I got excellent service Thursday when I took my 2015 Prius for routine service--from needed information, cosmetic touch up, to the routine maintenance that was needed. I have had quick and efficient help there before both from service representatives and from their office staff.
