the after sales service is horrible. They make you go around for a simple question without even checking. The staff are unavailable most of the day for any questions.
I want to start by saying our sells representative was amazing however management and regional was severely disappointing. I walked out of this dealership and won't go back. I am an older women and the sales manager decided I couldn't afford the vehicle that I came in to look at. The salesman actually said the sales manager wanted him to show me 'cars in my price range'. This guy didn't know me. How dare he make decisions like that! Negative Review for Marvin Hall Jr. at Toyota Vandergriff - Arlington I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Toyota Vandergriff, specifically with Marvin Hall Jr., the used car manager. I initially signed a contract for a 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited on December 12th, 2024, but the loan fell through. Definitely a bait and switch operation. Red flag #1 Online advertised price included over $3100 dealer discount. When I inquired about the price, I was told that was a "mistake" done by a third party and they are trying to fix that. Red flag #2 I asked for the pricing detail as that was not on the website. I had a terrible experience at this dealership, the sales rep had a very condescending tone and was trying to build an unwanted pressure on me by creating a scarcity for RAV4. Definitely will not recommend this dealership for buying or for any service
Worst management and very unprofessional sales manager named Pat. They bait on their customers and blame the lower level staff for it. One of the worst experience I have ever had as 3 time Toyota vehicle owner. I spoke with sales representative named Bianca. I had clearly told her three times about the price and she said she confirmed it with her senior in this case Pat before I made one way 75miles trip.
