I appreciated the fact that this Dealership honored the Toyota Battery warranty unlike the dealership where I had bought the battery less than 2 years before. I was treated with respect and not given a hard time about the warranty. In the future I will do all my business at this location. The Staff is professional and courteous to the customers.
