Great Service! I have been patronizing Vandergriff Toyota for over 10 years now and am always very pleased with their attention and service. One of their Service Reps, Debra Ryno, assisted me when I took my 4-Runner in for its regular servicing. She was very courteous and professional as she entered the service order and called to let me know when it was ready. She also informed me of potential issues that weren't critical but should be looked at the next service appointment.

Recall I went to the dealership due having received a notice about a recall. Zavier did his best to go above and beyond to help me out, he even found another recall that I didn't even know about! Thank you!

Toyota Care Took Highlander in for 6mos service with Luis Viloria. Complained about noise in back of vehicle. Luis called & said suspension rods needed replacing & upon inspection, rear shocks & rods were replaced. Luis kept me up to date on progress of repairs. Pleased with service at Vandergriff Toyota, Arlington, TX

My service advisor was simply the best. Thanks so much Team Vandergriff. I went in and my service advisor was just on top of the game. He got my car serviced and with a big smile told me I was "good to go". No charge, best feeling ever.

Service/Maintenance of vehicle Took my Camry in to Vandergriff for regular maintenance and was helped by Jonathon Cortez. He was helpful, polite and professional with great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better service advisor. Kudos to him!!!

Excellent care Debbie Ryno assisted me last week and was kind enough to schedule some of my maintenance for the following week due to a time constraint I had. She conveniently had me call on my way in for me second visit and serviced me right away. She filled me in on progress as work was being done and got me out in a timely manner.
15,000 sevice came in for the 15,000 miles service. was in and out on a reasonable amount of time.l

great services Come to look at the 4 Runner with Jermaine Samuels. He's very polite and helpful. He's trying to work the best deal for us. He even came to us with his manager, Nile, to offer us the best deal they can do for us. Unfortunately, we didn't get the car from them but really impressed.
