An absolute joke! Do not waste your time with this dealer! The price listed is no where near the actual price once they apply their "fees." The car I was interested in had a 4,497.00 "reconditioning fee" and there were many other fees. It's such a waste of time. There are plenty of other dealers that will give you an "out the door" price that is reasonable and that is not a ridiculous amount over the listed sale price on CarGurus. The vehicle had interior damaged that was not included in the inquiry I made. I was told it would be 30-45 mins that I would be there because I was pre-qualified with my bank yet I was there 1hour and a half. I had to haggle over the price even though I was given a price that was listed on the website. Worst experience ever, I set an appointment to view this vehicle Monday evening (after work). Upon arriving I was greeted and seated with my sales associate. I was told to have a seat and they would pull up the vehicle for me and after waiting 10+ minutes I was informed that they had sold the car Saturday (2 days prior to me calling). I drove 90 minutes each way for this wonderful news. To top it off, my wife called the sales manager on our way back home and he ended up hanging up the phone! They contacted me several times after my requesting "today's your price". But I never got any numbers. So I started looking other dealers.
They switched from a titanium to platinum and never returned my call. I called and they never returned my call. I got a text thanking me for using their service and that's all
I live 3.5 hrs away from this dealership Only reason why I drove so far was because they “advertised” a low price. I called and they confirmed the price. I drove all this way after calling multiple times if the vehicle I was interested in was available, turns out, it was gone that morning I arrived, not sold but gone?! After they tried to explain themselves as to why the car was gone, they tried selling me another car similar to the car I wanted. Inquiring about a car from this dealer only got me a bunch of unwanted emails that didn’t recognize that I responded in the first place. When I finally reached a warm body, after an initial response, all of my additional correspondence went on answered in spite of repeated attempts. This company has absolutely the poorest sales process for follow up that I have ever seen! I am a guy holding my checkbook ready to buy a car, but they can’t manage even the initial steps in communication with a qualified buyer.
Dealership had 3 different people contacting me, none of which were communicating with each other. They all asked me the same questions every day and even though they had been answered, they still got asked again. This truck would have been sitting in my driveway by now but the lack of communication and understanding from the sales team drove me away from the dealership quickly. I have asked them to remove me from their communication listings and they didn't listen to that either. Stay away from this dealership.
Pictures had been posted but the truck had not passed inspection so they called me back stating hat they could not sell it.
