2004 Toyota Avalon Bought a vehicle based on my specific needs...they had it, I bought it. Drove the car home (675+ mi) and all is still good. Salespeople were helpful considering the distance between us.

We were WOWed! We made the trip to Vadergriff because they had the vehicle that we were looking for. I called ahead and spoke to Jordan Dunk. I was impressed with his professionalism and his positive attitude. He advised that he would have the vehicle located and made ready by the time we arrived. Great experience correcting a prior mistake Earlier I took in our car to have a Zaktec treatment to the paint. It was not until I got it home that I realized how poorly it was done. I took it back yesterday and Nancy Goodwin had them redo it, and this time they did a fantastic job. The car has not looked this good since we bought it. I plan to have all future service work or repairs I get done through Vandergriff Toyota be directed through Nancy. She turned a negative situation into a positive one.
Another excellent service experience Regular service for my 40,000 mile Toyota Highlander. Nancy Goodwin has been my service professional since 2011, always manages to go above and beyond in making the customer feel valued and appreciated. Would not trust my vehicle to anyone else.
