Dealer told me truck didn’t pass his teams inspection, yet the truck stayed for sale and eventually sold.
This was a horrible experience. I reached out to see about a specific car. I was told the car was there and they would be expecting me. I drove 40 miles to see the car and when I got there I was informed it had “just sold” and the salesman I spoke with had left for the day. I will never do business here
Do not do business with this dealership! They will try and pull the old bait and switch. I emailed them telling them I was heading over and to have a specific vehicle pulled out and ready for me to look at. The salesperson emails me back saying it’ll be ready for me when I get there. I drove all the way from Dallas to Arlington and the salesperson who emailed me (Nasir) says he is busy and leans me off on another guy. When you go to this dealership be ready for your typical car dealership experience. Manager who goes on and on about nothing and wastes your time. Would never buy anything from this dealership.
Seems like an automated response and by the time I made then hour drive out to test drive and most likely purchase the vehicle I was informed it sold wholesale not even 30 minutes before I got there. (Yes I went same day after receiving the email back.) they should know I had cash in hand and had every intention of purchasing. Lost my business.
Set up appointment. Went to appointment. Car couldn’t be seen, driven, or sold by or to me! Dealer has continued advertising the car for 3 days now since I was there. How does this happen?
Yes I was contacted by Johnny Romero from Vandergriff but the 2016 Highlander that we purchased came to our attention. As a result, I did not follow up with Johnny.
Probably the worst test drive ever. Salesman got upset and raised his voice to me when I was testing the car's acceleration. Worst yet, it seems that he didn't shower that morning and smelled terrible. I actually kinda liked the car, but I left immediately after the test drive.
