Appointment I went in for a ZAKTEK application. The ominous waiting time as previously instructed was 4 hrs. But within 3, Desmond made it happen. Waiting times really get to me.

Outstanding Service as Expected This is my third time taking my vehicle to Vandergriff Toyota for scheduled maintenance, and I have been impressed with the service every time. Zavier Alvarado was very professional and courteous from the time I pulled into the garage until I left. All my questions were answered promptly and I was accurately told how long the service would take as soon as I handed over my keys. Great Service! We own three Toyotas: one with over 300,000 miles, one with over 250,000 miles, and one with 60,000 plus miles. Whenever they need service, we take them to Vandergriff Toyota and ask for the assistant service manager, Nancy Goodwin. Vandergriff does a super job on our repairs and Nancy is the best!!!
