Got approved for a loan and arranged shipping on this car and was in constant contact with the dealership, already had everything processed with the bank, rep told me he was too busy to finish the transaction Saturday and would call me Monday, texted me Monday to let me know they sold the car after i called him Friday and Saturday to his bosses friend. Had to cancel shipping and start looking for a new car.
Van was supposedly sold once I arrived to the dealership only after confirming it was there just 30 mins prior over the phone.
sales person said he was giving me huge discount but his “special” was higher than listed price on cargurus.
I ended up buying the car but will never do business here again. I was an out of state buyer and had to practically beg to have the car held for me until I could come pick it up. Even after sending proof of funds and stating several times I was buying it. After I got to the dealership, even with my own financing, I was forced to give my social security number. The price they quoted me was higher than it was listed on car guru
Not good. I asked what the towing capacity was and I received an answer of 6200-7400 lbs. That is a range. Shows that the sales person does not know his product and is lazy.
Discussed several times during Day about coming to see a car. After driving 40 mi, and waiting additional 20 min, never saw this salesman and then found out car had been sold earlier in Day. Wasted 3 hrs that day
I didn't hear from the dealership for over 24 hours. I tried to reach the dealership by phone. The phone number included with the ad was never answered. After letting it ring for an extended period of time on three tries I gave up. Finally, the next day I received a text message asking if she could help. I gave a detailed description of the vehicle I was interested in and asked if she would send pictures because I am 100 miles from dealership, but very interested. Talk to the sales man went to go look at the vehicle . I looked for it on the parking lot I couldn't find and told me it was in the shop he took me around to back the vehicle was dirty had a broken front windshield no tags had it hooked up to a computer I couldn't test drive the vehicle so pretty much was a waste of time
