Great Service! We own three Toyotas: one with over 300,000 miles, one with over 250,000 miles, and one with 60,000 plus miles. Whenever they need service, we take them to Vandergriff Toyota and ask for the assistant service manager, Nancy Goodwin. Vandergriff does a super job on our repairs and Nancy is the best!!!

Nancy Goodwin Nancy kept me communicated on the repair that took 10 days. Promptly answered her phone and returned calls. Out of her scope the repairman who fixed the trunk did not validate that it actually worked and it had to be brought back. Nancy performed great customer service, got me a loaner and a $100 discount. Best car buying experience!! The best car buying experience I have had so far. Prosper is very patient, ready to listen, and explains every process vividly. Unlike most salesman, Prosper is not pushy but makes you feel like family. I will highly recommend you ask for this young guy when you go to Vandergriff Toyota. He's simply amazing!!!

Outstanding Service My car would not start, at home, due to weak battery. All kinds of crazy lights coming on, so, as usual, I call my service manager, Nancy Goodwin. She said to bring it in for a new battery as soon as I can get it jump started. I did. I was pressed form time and said I could not wait all afternoon. Nancy got my car to the area it needed to be, and got me in and out quickly. She is the best service manager ever, and -- as I have reported before -- she is the reason I keep coming back to Vandergriff Toyota.
