overall positive experience We were shopping for a used car for my daughter. Ashley in used cars was very upbeat, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Toyota Prius C. The negotiations were the least pleasant part, as the dealer did not really flex much on the price in our favor. Not all dealers are created equal, and some are just flat out unpleasant to go to. That said, I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
Repair of heating system on 4-Runner Nancy Goodwin, my usual service contact, did a typical outstanding job. Kept me informed on the process and provided a rental car when they found they needed to order parts to make the needed repair. The job was completed midmorning the following day.
Nothing but the best! Always get the best of the best when dealing with Vandergriff Toyota and it's employees! I know I will be in good hands every time. Not my first car to buy or have serviced here and it won't be the last.

Good Sales Staff look up Hung Vu Enjoyed dealing with sales staff. Credit experience could have been better. Quoted 2.9 interest but credit only would down grade if I took warranty. Should have gone to my bank for better rates
Great Service My wife and I take our Toyotas to Vandergriff exclusively. Why? Great service every time. Our service manager is Nancy Goodwin and she is the best!

Always a Pleasure! We leased our first car from Vandergriff Toyota in 2006 and have since leased and purchased four vehicles from them. We've also had them serviced there, as well.
