I inquired about a specific car that I was interested in. I received an initial response on it to which I responded asking if the car was still available? It took a couple of days for them to respond saying it MAY be available. I once again asked if they could confirm it, I even copied the email to the sales manager and did not receive a response. They told me car was sold when I got there. Sales manager has no customer service skills.

I sent an email asking specific questions and wanted an answer before I drove out there to talk to someone, seeing as I live almost an hour away and my questions were completely ignored. I then get another email asking me to come out to talk with a salesman and I can't do that unless I can be assured it won't be a waste of time and gas...unless I am already in the area. No one has called either to follow up.

I was buying online from IN. The car sold that evening after my friend came over to check the car and after a series of conversation with the sales person. I even had made arrangements with an auto transport. Never bought a car online. I learned my lesson.

Called to inquire if the car was still there, was told that it was. Drive an hour to get there, the car wasn't there... car is still being listed, though. I believe they're using this listing for "bait and switch", as they were all to quick and eager to steer me into another car once I got there (pun intended).

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Loved the salesman, Glen, but the low ball offer for my trade was a joke. Just because I am a mom buying my 16 boy a vehicle doesn't mean I am inexperienced or don't know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I was ready to make my deal with Glen on a jeep but was so insulted by the first offer the manager came back with I should have just left. Only rated one star because it would not rate any lower. Living in another state I contacted Vandergriff Toyota when I found a vehicle I was interested in on their lot. The first salesman I spoke to, never called me back at our arranged time. I next went to the Sales manager. I explained I had a mechanic (independent) hierd to inspect the car. They said no problem. after the mechanic inspected the truck, I had him call me, because the dealership only wanted a $2000 non-refundable deposit. The truck checked out ok and I calle... read more

These guys are terrible. They post low price listings which are not available and then they try to sell you something else. This happened twice. The second time they changed the price on the same day and then could not say what happened to the car. Don't waste your time calling them.
