Service My service adviser Zavier Alvarado was very friendly but professional. He questioned me regarding any concerns I had. He offered a car wash which I was not expecting. The service was done before the time frame he gave me was up. He explained anything I did not understand on the completed work order. He indicated that I could set up my next service appointment with him now or a a later time. He gave me his business card saying if I had any concerns or questions, do not hesitate to contact him. I was very pleased!

Great Service at Vandergriff Toyota My service coordinator, Nancy, did an excellent job getting the service for my 2013 Sienna. The mechanics found the source of a noise that my wife has mentioned to me to have checked during maintenance. The maintenance required a overnight stay, so Nancy setup the rental vehicle. When she told me of the maintenance requirement everything was ready for me and I was on the road quickly. It was a great experience.

OIL CONSUMPTION "BAD"-SERVICE @ VANDERGRIFF "GOOD" THE WORK DONE WAS GOOD AND IT WAS A BUSY PLACE. I was pleased at how quickly the work was done. I was just happy for the nice people there. Excellant Service Nancy is wonderful. I had scheduled an appointment to bring my Tacoma in for routine maintenance and she reminded me it was time for my Zan-tak treatment, along with the routine maintenance. My brother came for a visit and his Prius Service Engine light came on. Nancy was able to work him in and get the problem diagnosed and addressed. I will always come to Nancy for any work I need done on my Toyota's.

Excellent Customer Service and Making It Right After some miscommunication attributed to Vandergriff's computer systems, I brought my Rav4 in a second time and Nancy made right the previous system error and oversight. Nancy's excellent customer service saved the day and me as a customer and restored my confidence in Vandergriff Toyota.
