Mike Stinnett and the Management are awesome! We bought a 2005 Toyota Prius from Vandergriff Toyota for our son who's in college. Not only did they make us an offer that we could not refuse we were able to complete the entire process from test driving to signing the paperwork and paying for the car on the same day. The Sales Manager stepped in at the right time to keep us interested in the deal.
Ryan Parker Ryan Parker is the reason we com to Vandergriff. His service management is wonderful and he knows me by name.

2016 TRD Tacoma flat tire replaced My service adviser Luis was great! Although I had to have the tire replaced due to a screw embedded too close to the tire sidewall, I was given great service and a competitively priced replacement tire was installed. They even rotated my tires and completed an oil change (since I was close to 5k miles and it was due) while I was there. This saved me time by not having multiple trips. Repair problems Took 2009 Avalon in due to engine light on. Told needed plugs and fuel injectors cleaned. $1,100. Two weeks to the day, the same problem. Was told cleared engine light and found no problem. Kept car overnight. Next day told me I needed a new fuel injector. Replaced the injector the third day--$200.00. Hope that it is fixed. $1,300.00 for two visits for same problem.
