Excellent Customer Service and Making It Right After some miscommunication attributed to Vandergriff's computer systems, I brought my Rav4 in a second time and Nancy made right the previous system error and oversight. Nancy's excellent customer service saved the day and me as a customer and restored my confidence in Vandergriff Toyota.

#Excellent Service Experience# I had an excellent service experience with Louis and his technician Edwin who were very helpful through the hold process. they both got my vehicle in good shape and now I feel safe driving my Corolla!! Mike Stinnett and the Management are awesome! We bought a 2005 Toyota Prius from Vandergriff Toyota for our son who's in college. Not only did they make us an offer that we could not refuse we were able to complete the entire process from test driving to signing the paperwork and paying for the car on the same day. The Sales Manager stepped in at the right time to keep us interested in the deal.

Repair problems Took 2009 Avalon in due to engine light on. Told needed plugs and fuel injectors cleaned. $1,100. Two weeks to the day, the same problem. Was told cleared engine light and found no problem. Kept car overnight. Next day told me I needed a new fuel injector. Replaced the injector the third day--$200.00. Hope that it is fixed. $1,300.00 for two visits for same problem.
