Service Center Nancy Goodwin is who you see to get things done. Took my 2008 Prius in for service, and the water pump needed to be replaced. We had the work done, but about a week later we had a light come on the dash. Nancy got the problem taken care of without issue and without charge. Thanks, Nancy!!

Professional, knowledgable, patient and kind I recently purchased my Toyota Highlander from Vandergriff Toyota with the help of Ismael Arredondo. It was kind of chaotic with my 2 small children but Ismael and every other employee I encountered during the process were extremely patient and helpful. I was able to get the deal I was looking for including my trade!

Service Review Took my 2005 Camry in for service at 700AM on 07/27/2016. Met by Nancy Goodwin and discussed my problems. Very helpful and told me how long it would be. Had an oil change, tire rotation, and repail of window tenting for driver and passenger windows. Nancy arranged for transportation to and from home. Tje jobs were done and I was picked up around 3:30 PM. Great job by Nancy and team. I'll be back! JWC

Nancy ROCKS !!! Nancy Goodwin is simply the best service advisor at Vandergriff. Always smiling and easy to deal with. Her customer base is huge but she treats everyone with the same great customer service. Workhorse there. She's a beast. A lot of turnover there at Vandergriff but she's been there for years so that speaks volumes.

Courteous, helpful staff Took my Toyota in for the scheduled 10,000 mile oil change. Nancy Goodwin was helpful and professional and took care of whatever services needed to be done for this visit.
