Great Customer Care Had some repair work done on my van the other day and Nancy Goodwin my service advisor was awesome. Nancy went above and beyond my expectations. She made a rental car reservation for me while my van was being worked on to enable me get to work. She also took care of other concerns that I had. Great job Nancy! I appreciate you. Honest and Efficient Vandergriff Toyota has been taking care of our 2000 Camry for going on 15 years now. The service is always prompt, the analysis is thorough, professional. Routine maintenance is done swiftly with care and precision. Replacement or repairs -if needed- are always explained first, prioritized keep it affordable, and the service personnel (most recently Ryan Parker) offer advice on what issues may be coming up and what indicators to watch for.

Great Experience We had a great experience at Vandergriff Toyota, with our salesperson, David Sabetrasekh. We went in knowing what we wanted, what mileage we needed and price we were willing to pay, and he got us right into the perfect vehicle. RAV4 Oil Change Service Came for an oil change on my wife's RAV4 and was serviced promptly and out in just over an hour. Waiting area is very nice seating and a huge wide screen to watch, and vending machines for drinks/snacks. Restroom was very nice and clean.
Great Experience The purchase of my 2016 Toyota experience went great at Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington, TX. My salesman John Nguyen was great!! and did an excellent job at helping me! he gave attention to every detail of my purchase process and decision. Also, I received a great rate with Duy Huynh in the financing department.
Toyota Service was great Nancy in the service department has taken care of our two Toyota vehicles for years. I appreciate her attention to detail and know she has saved us money on many of our service appointments. They are also very good at letting us know service is needed and recalls. Lastly the new coffee machine is wonderful! Thank you.
