Above and beyond My salesman, Proper Bankesie, went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed a car after the recent hail storms and was only able to go the dealer late in the evening. Prosper showed my wife and I a number of vehicles, my wife had to leave because of the late time, Prosper stayed past closing time, sold me the right car, and gave me a ride home (since the make ready had closed)! That's service!

Experience with buying our new Toyota We live in Amarillo but went to Fort Worth where more dealers are located. Picked Vandergrifff just by chance. We had the best buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Mo ( Mohammed) was the main reason for our experience. He was so helpful and very pleasant. The rest of the staff we came into contact were very friendly. One of the staff babysat our dog while we signed the papers. Buying 2016 Toyota Highander By far our best buying experience of all, mainly due to our salesman Mohammed, he was so helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were also friendly. One person even babysat our dog while we signed the papers. We certainly would buy from them again and ask for the same salesperson. Would ask that the credit person help us in getting MPP cancelled as we do not need or want it. Otherwise instead of dreading to make a deal it went very smoothly. Thanks Mo!
Great service by Juan Serrano I went in to just look around, found a car that I LOVED and went home with it thanks to Juan Serrano. He helped me tremendously and took the time to get me the price I needed and wanted. The wait was a little long but well worth it. The whole staff was extremely friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better place to purchase my first vehicle.

Mike Martinez, service Advisor I have had my Toyota Camry serviced at Vandergriff since I moved to North Texas in 2010. I have always been satisfied with their service. For my last two visits Mike Martinez was my service advisor. Both visits were for non-routine service, and Mike was very helpful. During this last visit Mike observed a defect in the dashboard. He immediately ordered the replacement parts to assure that the repairs will be completed under warranty.

Toyota recall My car had to be repaired due to several Toyota recalls on my 2007 Camry and Nancy Goodwin was the service manager and she did an excellent job. While my car was being repaired I was provided a rental car so there was no inconvenience and Ms. Goodwin called to let me know the status of my car. Wonderful Job!! Wonderful Service!! Thank you
